AXA Insurance Solar Panels

Project Date: February 2008

Project: Design, supply and installation of a number of renewable technologies including a solar PV system and solar car park lighting.

Technical Specifications:

  • Solar PV System: Covering approximately 450sq.m, the system used 360 GB-Sol 120F panels with a total output of 43.20kWp

 

 

 

 

 

The PV Solar systems were installed at 6 different locations across the AXA Insurance buildings, using a combination of LoPRO mounting systems, designed for flat roofs where surface fixing is unneccesary, as well as facade mountings and high level support structures. 11 Hybrolight units were then supplied by EETS and installed by PV Systems all over the carpark. Each column is 6.5m high and not only helps to reduce the buildings energy load, but also provides security in the carpark.
